The Revelations Signs that have to do with the connection between the Psalm 83, prophesied war, Isaiah 17, and the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy of the Gog and Maggog war can be difficult to fully understand.
In some ways it seems that these wars may be a two part series of wars that kick off the Battle of Armageddon. The second part may be a prophetic recapitulation of the Final Battle after the Millenium when Satan is loosed from prison. In some way, we may have to just wait and see.
In my barracks pastor ministry I did briefly teach on Ezekiel 37-39 and told my flock that I believed that the Gog and Maggog war had two separate fulfillment. Ezekiel 38:2 and the Hebrew word ro’sh most likely refers to the Rus, who were connected to the giant Scythian Kurgans, who lived in the region of the Taurus Mountains of Turkey, but where also known to have migrated to South Russia. I stated that it seemed that Ezekiel 38 with the Persia (Iran), Ethiopia, and Libya refereed to the Antichrist’s war of Daniel 11:40-45.
However, Revelation 20:7-9 post Millenium war of Gog and Maggog may be a final fulfillment in prophecy. Again, we will have to wait and see.
When prophecy mentions the names of biblical figures such as Noah and Daniel, which are both mentioned in the Olivet Discourse, then it is much easier to connect the prophetic dots.
Here are just two “Revelations signs” examples:
Matthew 24:15-21 Daniel “Revelations Signs” prophecy
15 “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.”
Matthew 24:36-39 Noah prophecy
36 “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
If the Gog and Maggog war of Ezekiel 38-39 is such a pre-Armageddon battle, then effectively it removes southern Russia from being part of the 10 Nations mentioned in Daniel 8-11. These Daniel prophesies state that the little horn that rises up from the ten horns of the ten kingdom beast will remove 3 of the horns or kingdoms. The coalition that helps Russia may be part of the three that are removed when the Antichrist rises to power as mentioned in Revelation 9, 11, 13, and 17-18.
Again, we will have to wait and see.
A connection between Noah and Daniel
In Daniel 2 there is a veiled mention of “mixing themselves with the seed of men, but they shall not cleave.” In order for anyone to mix themselves with the seed of men, they must by logical conclusion be a “they” pronoun, that is separate from the seed of men. See if you can catch the meaning.
Daniel 2:40-45 and a Noah connection
40 “And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.“
This end times connection of the Nephilim with the 4th End Times Kingdom of the Antichrist inextricably involves the Nephilim reappearing as the Revelation 9 demon locust that emerge from the bottomless pit with the Antichrist.
Revelations 11-18 state that the Beast from the bottomless pit is the end times Antichrist that leads the world into World War 3 against the returning King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
I would be irresponsible not sharing important video that outlines a critical way you can survive WW3. A Bible prophecy scholar has put together a survival course that helps families survive World War 3.
The destruction of this prophetically assured world war is something every Bible prophecy student should know. As I have said before: “Jesus is the answer for our protection, but even the Israelite had to follow God’s instructions to leave Egypt.”

More proof is found in Genesis 6.
Noah’s past supernatural mixing of the Sons of God and the daughters of men did cleave in unholy marriage to make the Nephilim Giants
6 “And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
3 And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7 And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.“
